The room was clean, newly renovated rooms, comfortable bed, safe area, extremely friendly & kind staff. I asked if they had laundry but bc of the hotel being renovated they didn't. However the next day the woman at the desk made sure to tell me that the washer/dryer was delivered & I was able to use it whenever I needed it. She even remembered my name. Lots of renovations happening throughout our stay but they kept it clean. The noise was during the day when we were awake & weren't bothered by it.

I arrived at the room a little before checkin time and my room was already cleaned and waiting. The room was cleaned every day unlike other hotels since Covid. The staff was always friendly and even offered to let me park my motorcycle under the front awning the night it rained. I will absolutely stay here the next time I’m in the area. Everything was great. I can’t comment anything negative.

I liked the overall aesthetic of the hotel. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was so delicious, and it was easy to use. The pool was nice and large, and it was kept clean. The room was also quiet, and I didn't hear a lot of outside noise.

There was a problem with my room and maid service. I emailed the manager about my concerns. The manager Tammy provided EXCELLENT and fast response. She discounted the amount for my stay . I was impressed with her customer service 😊 This is my go to Home away from home in Mamelle.

Best sleep of our whole vacation! The bed was awesome. The staff was amazing. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he worked the breakfast area, above and beyond.
